Jagadeesh graduated law from Bengaluru University in 1999. Thereafter he joined the corporate law firm Markos & Co., Bengaluru in the year 1999, where he was involved with the corporate practice of the firm serving the legal requirements of client companies in varied areas of practice. Thereafter he joined Murali & Co., Bengaluru in the year 2007 and was heading the litigation team and practiced before the various courts and tribunals in India. Thereafter, he joined as a Senior Associate with Anup S Shah Law Firm, Bengaluru, in the year 2011, where he was involved in drafting,conveyance, due diligence and real estate laws for the top builders and individual clients in and around Bengaluru. Thereafter, as a Real Estate Legal Advisor for the sports giant, Decathlon Sports India Private Limited, and was instrumental in setting up 18 of their stores, and was recognised for his stellar performance, and also Certified mediator form BIMACC and ADRODR. Certified POSH Trainer.
Jagadeesh is currently managing the Bengaluru office of our firm and is heading the litigation practiceas well as involving in commercial dispute resolution, Mediation commercial laws, employment & Labour laws andreal estate practice. He can speak English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam.

Mrs.Lakshmi is a native Bangalorean, completed her law degree from Bangalore University in the year 2009 and enrolled as an advocate at the Karnataka State Bar Council. She was a college topper in the subjects Intellectual Property Rights and Public Interest Litigation Lawyering Legal Aid and Para Legal Services and was awarded for the same. Soon after enrollment she joined the chambers of Government advocate and started practicing on civil and Appellate side, then moved to Law firms, M/s.Murali & Co., and Imperium Legal and heading the Litigation Practice in both the places.
Her passion towards learning and teaching motivated her to pursue her master’s degree LL.M from Kuvempu University in Business laws in the year 2014 and since then she has also been guiding the youth through her seminars, lectures and as a visiting faculty, etc. Her special interest on law relating to women has made her instrumental in educating women in various sectors and she has also participated in many programmes of kannada news channel in conducting live interactive programmes with distressed women.Certified POSH Trainer
